- Users who enable AI-assisted resume generation or automated job application features; and

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

Browser Extension Data
When you use the FinalApp browser extension, we may additionally collect:
- Active Tab Information: The URL and title of your current browser tab to detect job postings and check for existing applications. This information is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers unless you initiate a job tracking or application action.
- Page Content: When you use the extension to track or queue a job, the content of the current page may be captured to extract job posting details (title, company, location, description). This capture occurs only when you explicitly initiate an action.
- Authentication Tokens: Login credentials are stored locally in your browser's extension storage to maintain your session. Tokens are refreshed automatically and removed on logout.
- Application Data Sync: The extension maintains a real-time connection to sync your application data, enabling you to view and manage applications directly from the extension.
- Local Storage: The extension stores preferences, pending action state, and session data locally in Chrome's extension storage APIs. This data does not leave your browser unless you initiate an action.
C. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from:
- Job boards and employer platforms when submitting applications at your direction;
- Third-party integrations you authorize (e.g., email, calendars);
- Service providers that assist with analytics, fraud prevention, or account verification; and
- Publicly available sources relevant to job matching or resume enrichment.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Generate AI-assisted resumes, cover letters, and related materials;
- Submit job applications and communications at your direction;
- Personalize user experience and job recommendations;

4. AI Processing and Automated Features
FinalApp uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist with content generation and automated job applications. When you enable AI features:
- Transmission: Portions of your resume, profile, and job-related information may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers solely to generate outputs requested by you.
- Minimization: We apply data minimization practices, transmitting only what is reasonably necessary.
- No Training: We do not permit third-party AI providers to use your personal information to train their models.
- Review: AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving materials.
- Decisions: FinalApp does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without user involvement.
5. Job Application Submissions and Employer Data Sharing
When you enable automated submissions:
- We transmit your application materials and related information to employers, recruiters, and job boards at your direction.
- Once submitted, those third parties process your information under their own privacy policies.
- FinalApp does not control and is not responsible for employer or platform handling of your data after submission.
If you do not wish your information to be shared in this manner, do not enable automated submission features.
6. How We Share Personal Information
We may share personal information with:
- Service Providers: Vendors that assist with hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, and security, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- AI and Automation Providers: Third-party AI model providers that process data solely at our instruction to generate outputs requested by you.
- Employers and Job Platforms: When you instruct us to submit applications or communications on your behalf.
- Professional Advisors: Legal, accounting, and consulting professionals assisting with compliance and operations.
